(ii) a decision on awarding a grant to Bagshot and Crawley Rise Tennis Club to construct a 5th all weather tarmac tennis courtbe deferred and delegated to the Executive Head of Transformation, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Support & Safeguarding, pending further clarification and information on the application.
