The Committee considered a report asking it to note its contents and to delegate authority to the Executive Head of Regulatory Services to make relevant representations to the Examination Authority in respect of the Southampton to London Pipeline Development Consent Order; and in the event that a S106 agreement is required to enter into such an agreement and agree terms.

The officer recommendation, as set out in the agenda report, was proposed by Councillor Edward Hawkins, seconded by Councillor Charlotte Morley and put to the vote and carried.

RESOLVED that

                     i.        the contents of the report be noted; and

                    ii.        authority to be delegated to the Executive Head of Regulatory Services to make relevant representations to the Examination Authority in respect of the Southampton to London Pipeline Development Consent Order and in the event that a S106 agreement is required to enter into such an agreement and agree terms.
