Decision:
The Executive RECOMMENDED that the Surrey Heath Borough Council Pay Policy Statement 2019/20, as attached at Annex A to the agenda report, be agreed.
Minutes:
Members were reminded that Section 38(1) of the Localism Act 2011 required the Council to update its Pay Policy Statement on an annual basis.
