Apologies for absence were submitted on behalf of Councillors Graham Alleway, Peter Barnett, Stuart Black, Rebecca Jennings-Evans, David Lewis, Charlotte Morley, and Liz Noble. It was noted that some councillors had joined the meeting virtually but would not be entitled to vote.
