Councillor Craig Fennell, the Business Portfolio Holder answered questions with regard to his areas of responsibility, in particular in relation to mobile payments in the car parks, the level of use in Main Square Car Park, A30 service road penalty charge notices, floodlit netball pitches, Frimley Lodge Park, the Camberley Theatre  and its Café Bar, car parking arrangements for the Theatre’s customers and raising the Council’s profile in connection with the England Rugby Team and its training facilites at Pennyhill Park.
