Minutes:
The Council approved the exempt minutes of the meeting held on 1 October 2014. It also received the exempt minutes of the meeting of the Executive held on 30 September, 11 November and 2 December 2014 and made decisions relating to the exempt recommendation made by the Executive on 2 December 2014.
