Appointment of Chairman

To appoint a Chairman for the meeting.

RESOLVED that Councillor Alan McClafferty be appointed as Chairman for the meeting.

Appointment of Chief Executive

Minutes:

The Sub Committee interviewed candidates for the post of Chief Executive.

 

 

RECOMMENDED to Full Council that the post of Chief Executive and Head of Paid Service be offered to Mr Damian Roberts,subject to the requirements of Part 4 of the Constitution in respect to the offer of employment as a chief officer of the Council being satisfied.

To review the item, or parts thereof, which can be released as information available to the public.

 

Minutes:

The Sub Committee reviewed the item which had been considered at the meeting following the exclusion of members of the press and public, as it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information.

 

RESOLVED that the decision remain exempt at the present time pending the decision of the Full Council
