To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting of the Planning Applications Committee held on 19^th January 2023.

That the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of agenda items 6 and 7 as they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 3 of Part 1 the Schedule 12A the Local Government Act 1972
