To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting of the Planning Applications Committee held on 3^rd November 2022.

That the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Agenda Item 8 Planning Enforcement Update as it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information relating to the financial and business affairs of any particular person (including the authority hold that information) as defined in paragraphs 1 and 3 of Part 1 the Schedule 12A the Local Government Act 1972

(1)   Information relating to any individual.

(3)  Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information).
