APPEAL AGAINST REFUSAL OF APPLICATION TO REGISTER UNDER THE DOOR STAFF REGISTRATION SCHEME

 

 

 

The Sub-Committee heard an appeal against the refusal by the Chief Environmental Health Officer, under Delegated Powers, to register an applicant under the Council’s Door  Staff Registration Scheme.  The appeal was heard in the absence of the applicant who had been given the opportunity to attend the meeting and make representations.  After considering evidence submitted by the Chief  Environmental Health Officer the decision to refuse registration was upheld.
