Heathrow Airport Consultative Committee is an advisory body constituted by Heathrow Airport Limited in respect of Heathrow Airport in accordance with Section 35 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (as amended by the Airports Act 1986).

The purpose of the Committee is to provide an effective forum for the discussion of all matters concerning the development or operation of the airport which have an impact on its users and on the people living and working in areas affected by this. Consultation should be seen as a positive and interactive process aiming to allow the efficient operation of an airport while moderating its impact on the local community.
