Apologies for absence were submitted on behalf of Councillors Julie Hoad, Emma-Jane McGrath, Sashi Mylvaganam, Liz Noble, John Skipper and Josh Thorne. It was noted that Councillors Julie Hoad and Josh Thorne had joined the meeting virtually but would not be entitled to vote.
