To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting of the Planning Applications Committee held on 21 March 2024.

Members are invited to declare any disclosable pecuniary interests and non pecuniary interests they may have with respect to matters which are to be considered at this meeting.  Members who consider they may have an interest are invited to consult the Monitoring Officer or the Democratic Services Manager prior to the meeting.

The Human Rights Act 1998 (the Act) has incorporated part of the European

Convention on Human Rights into English law. All planning applications are

assessed to make sure that the subsequent determination of the development

proposal is compatible with the Act. If there is a potential conflict, this will be

highlighted in the report on the relevant item.
